If you have bought some nice coins for real (and not shitcoins) you don't need to worry, because at some point crypto market will reach a new bull season, so they are going to pump again. Investments must be focused on long term, that may take years to return profit, just like people who bought bitcoin in 2017 when it was at its ATH and were only able to recover their investments 4 years later, in 2021, when bitcoin reached a new ATH.
