Why not decide which to sell and what to buy? in those cases you can finally let Shitcoins(if you have any) and purchase other coin that has more potential than what you are holding .

That's true and sometimes we forget about it that our final decision that determines it is not someone else,
practice to make your own decisions because if you just depend on what other people say it will never end,
