Still defending the 1xbit scammers.... here is another account I had to temporarily remove from my ignore list because I was curious whether a reply was given to a victim and to see how the sock-puppets were defending the 1xbit scammers.
In short, if the
security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. The last reply the 1xbit scammers made to the victim in the
dedicated thread was on 18th March 2022 therefore asking in that thread after 6 days for a reply showed patience by the victim:

I have there deposited 500 usd in cryptocurecny and it is not ok to be stolen like that. I'm not crazy. Support wrote that you should have information in your e-mail, if you didn't get anything, they forwarded your question to the security team. Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. You just need to be patient and you will surely get an official reply in the dedicated thread here:
