In short, if the security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. This user asks for an answer in this thread every day, which will not help him, because the answer will not be in this thread and he knows about it. In fact, I suspect he has already received this reply in an email, and now his goal is to spam this thread as this same make many accounts before him. Anyway, I informed him in the hope that I am wrong and his case would be resolved positively.

If you complain about waiting too long for an answer, you should know that quite often such cases are dealt with not only a few days but much longer.
