Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. Why 1xbit support doesn't want to solve their customers' problems, if they can solve these problems through support then those customers would not have to post here anymore. Instead of showing this user various ways to solve his problem, tell 1xbit to change their activities and stop cheating gamblers. This kind of defending will not work for you unless 1xbit is trying to be honest.
