Are you crazy? I am waiting 3 months already for my account to be oppened and get back my money.
I have there deposited 500 usd in cryptocurecny and it is not ok to be stolen like that. That money are mine, and cannot be stolen like that because they can steal winnings, but why deposit of money to be stolen>? Iti s really not fair . Still not answer and still not able to login to my account and get back my money.
I'm not crazy. Support wrote that you should have information in your e-mail, if you didn't get anything, they forwarded your question to the security team. Bitcointalk is not an official way to sort things like this out, so it will definitely take more than a few days. You just need to be patient and you will surely get an official reply in the dedicated thread here:

Asking in this thread every day is not going to make it any faster.
So what will Help them any faster? when there are some of them that waited for more than 2 months and yet your Support and Security team does not give any answer? same reason why you are still here depending your scam site because of the payments weekly that being filled by posting here constantly.
