If you experienced an expired code, I think you can ask for a new code as any player deserve it.
Perhaps asking your VIP manager (if you have it) or asking live support to get the exact answer would be better.

In this case I think the same rules apply it's just that we don't know the monthly coupon is active for a few days

Somehow it hasn't been state on what would be the expiry of said coupon link.
So i do agree on the suggestion about asking it on support to make out some clarifications.

Asking this question for a friend, he wasn't able to claim a monthly coupon after 1 week. Support just told him general info, it looks like it is a random timeframe each time for each coupon.
I will ask my Vip Host today for such cases, maybe they can add it manually into vault.
