Yes, obviously you can get your money back. But for that reason you have to:
1. Check they used real address or not
2. Contact with them physically
3. If they ignore then go to court to take legal action. In this case you have to provide enough document regarding the scam accusation. If you cant then you won't be able to get any money.

But the trust of the OP himself is negative and it says possible scammer. So don't know what the OP is trying to imply here if he himself is allegedly a possible scammer. For those who will avail their services, better weight your options here. Better ask help from your trusted colleagues rather than anonymous site.
