No one really knows but much sure there would be altcoin boom but no one could able to point out on when it would happen.For now it would be more wise if you do make yourself make out some move

and invest while price isnt really that on the peak but sooner or later there would really be some bull run which make bitcoin and altcoins move in higher pace or levels.
If you could really put up some risk on accumulating then its up to someones choice but if you do tend to hold and wait for some time then its your choice.

It will always be unpredictable as to when the next altcoin season but most probably, when bitcoin takes the lead, altcoins are influenced too and create positive prices in the market. So while the altcoin market remains to be low valued, it will be a wise move to focus on buying and holding potential coins so that we can maximize the profits that we will gain once the real altcoin season happens.
