Nutzt du einen Google Authenticator oder mobile Codes die übers Handy gesendet werden? Wenn du einen Google Authenticator auf dem Mobiltelefon nutzt, kann eine Neuinstallation helfen. Ein Kollege hatte das Problem, dass ihm immer alte Codes angezeigt wurden und er so immer wieder Fehlermeldungen erhalten hat.

Hierbei jedoch ganz wichtig zu überprüfen, dass du die Wiederherstellungs Keys für alle hinterlegten Services auf dem Authenticator noch hast, sonst beginnt der Ärger erst richtig.

Wenn das Thema 2FA noch recht neu für dich ist und du es bisher nur bei Bitstamp genutzt hast, hier noch einmal einige hilfreiche Anweisungen:

INVALID AUTHENTICATION CODE
An incorrect authentication code is sometimes generated when the time on your device and our servers is out of sync. To fix that, try to re-sync your authentication app.

Google Authenticator (Android)

Go to Settings/Time correction for codes.
Tap on Sync now.
Duo Mobile (iOS)

Go to Settings/General and choose Date & Time.
Set the option Set automatically to On
Make sure your mobile device displays the correct time and try using 2FA again
