First, you are saying that you are based in Europe, but you can't disclose what country exactly and you are working with PerfectMoney that makes me think you are probably based in Russian Federation.
It's impossible to operate something like this virtual cards legally from Europe without kyc, so it's my right to suspect this could be a money grab and short lived scam.
There is not a single word about CryptoDebit anywhere on internet, no social media associated with this service, and only way for getting support is by email or telegram?!

To make things even more interesting, I will contact Mastercard directly and ask them to confirm if they are working with CryptoDebit, and they are offering this kind of service.
