If you watch the POW table on the first post (the ANN doesn't look nice yet, we will be reworking it so the tables are better to read) you can see that a bit more than premined amount will be distrubuted in the first two weeks of POW mining. After 10 weeks PUPPY will be POS only and no POW will be possible anymore.

We are sorry, but currently there is only the ANN on bitcointalk.org and the website on https://puppyco.in/. We are just in the beginning of the project and we didn't launch yet, so discord might be available in the future.

I know there are people who will like our project while others won't like it. It's up to everyone to decide to join or not. We will be answering all questions here so others can read it up. We did also not decide to use a "moderated thread" as we think it's important for a projec to show, how the communication is going.
