The forum is always slow if you are using TOR connection. It's not because of the forum server it's because of the connections the TOR network swaps to communicate between client and host. In the clear net, the forum is normal just like any other website.
Tor isn't that slow. I use Tor, but most thread fully loaded in less than 15 seconds.
PLEASE HELP
Try these,
1. Restart your router/modem.
2. Use VPN. It might work if your ISP perform throttle and that VPN managed to avoid the throttle.
3. Use different browser.
4. Blame Cloudflare instead.
