Pass on this place. Says they take responsible gambling seriously, but it's all a lie.
Why is that a lie? I think you should clarify that before making such accusations. You wrote in your previous post that you received an email from a promotion, but your account was also blocked at the time of that promotion, were you unable to log in as you requested? And are we talking about the same account you had used to exclude your own or a new account? I also want to remind you that many sites with a limited number of months operate with exclusion; this means that you can, for example, exclude yourself for 1 month, and after this 1 month your account will automatically become active again.
Read beyond just my last post. I asked their sister company (Nitrobetting) mutliple times to shut down my account back in October. They didn't do anything until I asked again in January. Then instead of removing me from their systems, they continued to send me promo emails (I received 2, multiple weeks apart, and also sent a complaint after the first one).
Have you tried muting or blocking their newsletter and promotions that comes from their email? The first instance you received those, you should have sent a request and do your part to block any emails coming from them. I know the issue is them not following the responsible gambling thing but if you're really firm about not being persuaded to gamble, then you should have made your moves to not receive any of those emails any more.
Nitrogen, alongside other sites, do not seem to take self-exclusion a serious matter. Ever since negative reviews about the site sprawled out from the trollbox and on this forum a year ago, I have distance myself on this platform. Good thing I only used an email that I don't really use personally to register on such sites.
