There is actually no 'reward' per se, of course for someone who reports that amount of posts within such a short space of time you get the deserved recognition from the community, which Ratimov absolutely has already, the only sort of 'reward' might be in the future if the Admin of the forum decides to implement a reporters badge that has been discussed previously in the past, if that happens then Ratimov is definitely going to get one, no doubt about that.

In my opinion, being a newbie you basically should be more concerned about contributing to the forum through learning more about the forum in general, Bitcoin/other whatnots, and making quality posts and participating in discussions, thus somewhere along the line you can now start reporting posts in mass, it would be easier for you then as you will be able to discern which post is LQ/not in the right section/breaks the forum rules, etc.
