Based on "this video ^[1:14]", they're claiming the same Nano X screen is being used on the Nano S Plus, so it's probably not going to suffer from those issues, but I'm still wondering why they seem to have different qualities ^{[not sure if something was lost in translation or this is another lie]}?!
