Also, we've seen a number of people who apparently got the Family OS install bonus but forgot, or didn't understand how, to cash out to FAM and get a Name. Once you receive "FAMR" in Rewards, you have to press "withdraw" which lets you convert your FAMR to real FAM (Family Coins). Once you have FAM you can get a Family Name. Also note that FAM being locked (6M, 1Y or 2Y) doesn't affect your ability to buy a Family Name at all. Locked FAM can be spent on Names just fine. We know this can be a little confusing and are working on making the process easier.
