There must be some people with some problems and we just need to accept that fact. I mean one casino can't be perfect for every single person, obviously there will be some people who will face some troubles and that makes sense.
You cannot have a casino where the customer satisfaction is 100%, of course you will have some disgruntled people and not all of them will be wrong neither, most of them could be wrong, but there could be some that are right. This doesn't make the casinos bad, if you have 99% or whatever satisfaction with some disgruntled people that is fine. This is gambling, you will have to face some people who will be upset about losing as well.
People nowadays wouldn't want a delayed gratification and sometimes that is where disagreement arises.
