No business in the world can keep their customers 100% happy, there will always be people complaining and that is true for here as well. then this is something that the community wont able to ignore on.

Its ok to complain if you have a valid reason to do so and if you think the terms and conditions are not fair for the side of the gamblers. If there’s a changes and gamblers didn’t agree on this, I think the site should address this properly and answer every queries, this can assure you that the gamblers will stay on a specific site to play. Roobet on the other hand should communicate well to the gamblers especially if they need answers from the team.
