Its ok to complain if you have a valid reason to do so and if you think the terms and conditions are not fair for the side of the gamblers. If there’s a changes and gamblers didn’t agree on this, I think the site should address this properly and answer every queries, this can assure you that the gamblers will stay on a specific site to play. Roobet on the other hand should communicate well to the gamblers especially if they need answers from the team.
I saw a lot of complain recently on Roobet and some of them are still left unaddressed, though it just look like a haters post and maybe the best way to solve the problem is to communicate directly with the site support. Gamblers are usually restricted for some valid reason and the site will always play by the books, so better to understand the terms before you gamble, the site has the authority to change it for the benefit of both gamblers and the investors.
Haters post or legit complaints but it had been resolved out silently because most users doesnt really tend to make out some updates in regarding with their issues and make the public or community boggle up their mind
and believe that the issue hadnt been resolved yet or completely been ignored by the team thats why there's at least some representative which would really clarify out things so that it wont really be making some bad
image or impression to the site. This is what i do have observed on their ANN thread that none of their staff or representative do really make out some words or something like that.
