People nowadays wouldn't want a delayed gratification and sometimes that is where disagreement arises. Nothing borns or made at perfection and online casino gambling platforms are surely in this regards, we can have delayed responses, unsettled withdraw or deposits etc etc but I believe a reputed one will do what it takes to sort it out for their customers.
No business in the world can keep their customers 100% happy, there will always be people complaining and that is true for here as well.
