I have different opinion on an altcoin. Although I don't invest in Altcoin I do my research on it and from what I have done so far the risk is higher than the gains, so before you put your money on any altcoin be sure you are doing the right thing.

Alcoin is better investment if you can choose the right coin to buy and hold while market is not yet recover. You can make huge profit through alcoin even if you just have small capital but once again, it depends on an altcoin you are going to choose. So, better to have a deep research first about a certain coin before jumping in to avoid huge losses in the future.
