Thats possible. Usually those who have complaints are creating an account here to rant about their issues on the particular casino. If the problem is resolved privately by the team, those gamblers dont bother anymore to update the thread especially if they are not interested to clear the casino about the issues for causing them inconvenience.

This is true. I never ran a casino before so I can't talk about casinos but I am 100% certain that they have the same problem that I face as well. I managed marketing part of many projects so far and I have to say that it has been something of an amazing thing how many people complained for things that they did wrong, and I mean like they really did something wrong and projects had nothing to do with it, it wasn't projects fault, and yet they complained about it here, twitter, even under our instagram posts and this wasn't just one project, it was all that I was part of. Then when you show them how to do it, then they end up thanking you, but never responding back that it is solved.
