You won't send a revisable transaction first, but you expect someone to trust you to send you a non-revisable transaction? Probably because you've never seen €2000 in your life. Even if you did have €2000 and was willing to send first, I wouldn't send you a single sat of bitcoin until that €2000 sat in my PayPal account for a minimum of 181 ¹/₂ days, i.e. 36 hours more than PayPal allows for charge-backs.
