As @m2017 mentioned previously, this was not always the case and the same thing applies to "Trezor products" as well, but having said that, none of their official resellers ^{[in PH]} seem to be affected by these changes ^{[there must be a way to ship to the PH, but perhaps they don't want to go through the trouble of dealing with certain issues, for just individual orders]}!
