In the crypto gambling world where there's tight competition, every site has to ensure that they take care of their customer as their main priority.

yup , they are not responding clearly about those matter in which very important to their business here in crypto forum because there are big market they need here so answer those problem? or they will lose chance to gain player here.
I hate to say but they will earn nothing from gambling if they will not earn Bitcointalk trust.
