No, maybe it's only your thoughts that you think this is not possible. Bitcoin is money and if btc can be use on any other things then why not for this one? the only mistake here of the op is he did not provide extra details so other users thinks that he is joking but I check the op's post history and looks like he is really serious as he post it once again on his local board. I think that was Indonesia/n because it's said on the details, the location of the house is in Jakarta. I can't read the message but I did use some translation tools, I quoted it below.
