That account is probably controlled by a puppeteer that has farmed many accounts for signature campaign purposes.

There is no need to waste time discussing such members. People like him are pond scum of this forum. Only two days after begging for forgiveness and vowing never to make such a mistake again, he re-applied for the 1xbit scam campaign. But that's not really surprising given his history of cheating with alt accounts and spamming the forum.
