Well yeah, any strategy that will work to beat these people out of their activities by keep on sending those scam tokens should be tried.

There is no alternative way to remove them just ignore. Don't try to sell it any unknown coin by your wallet other wise it may reduce or lost your assets. Basically it those tokens provide by the hackers or scammers so avoiding is the best solution to get rid of the risk.

Sometimes it's annoying if they keep on coming and that's why ignoring won't be enough but if you're used to it that's no problem.
