Do you know what aspect he is talking about here about not fully functioning? As a new player in gambling, you can't expect everything to be perfect as they are also fixing things from their end. But would be nice if once a player encounter some issues, he should brought up immediately to the site support so they can fix it. Otherwise, it may be the source of abuse later on.

It hasnt been clarified nor elaborated thats why we do keep on guessing or speculating but in speaking about fully functioning kind of word then it is really attached in real user experience which they should
really need to fixed on or else this would really be giving out some bad impression into this new site.I do see that this is a good looking one and the games offered are the same which you could see
on most top ranking or popular sites that we do have today.They do really normally need to have some adjustments and not all would be totally perfect on first launch or being just new.
There would be still some adjustments need to make.
