Yes, there are certainly many people who only see when they go up,
for myself to be honest I don't really follow Dogecoin but for this year almost all coins have decreased and it can't be separated from bad market conditions,
so then I don't think Dogecoin will reach $1 this year

It will really depend on the market, and as we know that Dogecoin gets hype when Elon musk tweets about it. Reaching $1 is not possible but it would take years since Dogecoin is just a meme coin.

Elon have been using twitter for manipulate dogecoin for long for own benefit and now after own twitter, he will do same thing with more professionally than before. But people are end up with disappointed how elon contributed Dogecoin dump from its ATH. Now people doubt about dogecon upcoming performance and wise person won't repeat same mistake again by trusting with doge until it offer any solid reason

Obviously, he will use it again to manipulate the market and take advantage of the hype that comes to massive dump afterwards.
