If you are referring to the managers here I think that's a good idea since they are more expert and more experience in marketing here.

Marketing manager could be the bounty manager in the forum, as long as the member is reputable as has already run lots of successful projects in the past, I think it's good to hire that kind of manager. Advertising or marketing is always a big part of the business, a casino owner has to spend but expect a good return because they hire a reputable manager.

As it should be on which they should consider out on having some exposure into this forum considering that it has the most or biggest traffic in terms of crypto which it would be understandable
