Have you tried contacting them via telegram - @JASupport24? The handler of this account always reply as soon as he sees you send him a message. And he makes sure he resolved your issues.

Sometimes, even if I chose the winning predicted team still they can lose in actual match. So yes, we just need to wait for the results once the game is over and hope that we will get more green from our choices. I think, even long time bettors on this sports can't get a perfect results.
