What's the point of playing if you can't withdraw what you win. It's going to be even more bitter if you win big knowing the money is stuck there.
Wait another week while gathering evidence and if they don't give the money back, put all the evidence in a scam accusation thread. Without evidence of their foul play you won't achieve much, especially since there are people who had no problems withdrawing. You have to add some weight to your accusations, so to speak.

On complaints like this then we wont know if its actually real or just simply trolling out considering that others doesnt really have any problems when it comes to withdrawal but he does have that kind of problem

and there's no solid proof or evidence on it which it would really be ending up on getting ignored.We do know on the act on destroying someones business which is pretty common.

Accusations would just be treated up as trolling if you cant really provide any solid proof which people arent really that dumb to believe on everything.
