That's true we took initiative and finally got our child boards. I remember talking to Cyrus on bitcointalk Discord server about the case as well as he used to be quite active there.

Yep, that's the only way to eventually get your own local board and just because no one from the forum staff is answering here in this thread (or the other one) doesn't mean that they are not listening, it's just that they are very careful with these kind of things due many local boards eventually becoming inactive.
