I've recently got a Binance card to play around with and use it to pay for everyday expenses. Works pretty well.

I wouldn't sell my crypto in the bear market we have now to spend on groceries etc. The only thing I would consider selling would be yield farming and staking rewards from my NEAR, Celo, and ICP. This is the point in time when you should be buying, not spending.
