If we consider the kind of society we find ourselves, nothing seems right, everything is in shambles and what we grew up to see is complaint by the masses which have not changed anything. Putting blame on others is a strategy that is as old as man, and ever since it hasn't yielded positive changes, it's creating more harm than good.

In place of this blame game, let everyone work on his or herself, you may not be able to change the world, but you can have a better self, if only everyone can have this mindset, the world would be a better place to be, of course some persons will always be responsible for the bad things we see around but instead of focusing on the half empty cup, let's focus more on the half filled part of the cup.

Modern society is a mechanism to inculcate bad habits, especially the habit of seeking instant pleasure, noise and distractions; a habit of thinking of ourselves as passive recipients of "entertainment." A pious life is not so much about a flash of understanding, but mainly about using insights into the truth to build good habits; and this can be influenced by our will. A pious life allows you to build these habits and, above all, to pass them on successfully to our children.
