What do you understand by development? If you were on this website at the beginning of this thread, you should know there was no PCT option on it. If it has been added, it means that OP is still doing something with it to develop it.

No, it just means that the OP didn`t get any gamblers for his site and trying to get money in another way. Social media - without activity, this forum - without activity, questions - without answers. But you think that he develop site? Developing is improving smth, fixing bugs. Here we see just a try to get some money anyway.

When running off a business then you should really be considering to be responsive as much as possible even if you are really that busy in terms of developing the site even more better because as a business then its

really that crucial to have that kind of interaction into the public because once you do miss this one out then it would really be creating that bad impression which is really bad for the business.

And this is indeed a perfect example on which op doesnt even care on what people been talking or saying on this thread.
