yes, I can agree if you look at the current situation where the market is indeed sluggish, of course it is the most appropriate time to buy and hold coins that have pretty good prospects. We really can't tell if what will happen in the next following month/s or year, we've been like this before and crypto survive and make a huge pump, it's all depends from how investors takes every challenges, there are top coins that being dump like now, moving the same way like how bitcoin is moving right now. If you have spare money and you are willing to wait and hold, those cheap coins are good to save up while waiting for another bounce.
