AFAIK, the problem that has been on it was the replenishment of their hot wallet but it seems that they're compliant and haven't seen any problem lately.
If there's no problem or issue at all then he can opt not to post here although we are left with doubt on why he is not posting anymore, he is comfortable in the present setup and may have been slowing down on this promotion since Bitvest already generated loyal clients he had achieved what other new casinos are hoping to achieve and that is getting loyal clients who will stay even if there are no active promotions.
There's actually no problem if he's not posting, in a business, if there's someone who runs it for him then it's good without any question. Just like it's running the actual website and casino.
I don't think there's really a need for him to show up unless there's a big question that he has to answer and it involves his business. But right now, I haven't see any problem that should make him appear or I have just missed it.
