The referral commission on gambling can be for waggerring and/or for the opening account. If the commission stands for the opening account then there must have fixed dollar or fixed percent of dollar for the referral and that happen for fixed condition. For example the person who has referred will get 10$ if the referral deposits more than 100$ or something like that.

I have not been in gambling - I have never done any bet before. Is there anyone who can refer me to a good casino where we both get the referral?
