to be honest i don't see this as a positive news at all because it looks like they are trying to advertise themselves so that they can sell their NFT token and make as much money as they can.
So what if they are trying to advertise themselves and make more money, they are company that is focused on profit, not a charity organization and if fools want to buy NFTs, so be it. The important thing here is that they will accept bitcoin (most likely via 3rd party as majority of other businesses) so this is a good news nevertheless.
No matter what, the fact that Bitcoin's adoption is increasing every day is definitely a good news. Given Bitcoin still has a lot to offer. A bit of cheer to the sector will definitely help and maybe even create more buying interest.
It could be that companies today are realizing that the fiat money they got from the services they provide is less valuable already due to inflation.
Its probably more about giving more options to their buyers as I doubt that they will accept bitcoin directly and store it.
This. The need for more options is definitely there since, I assume, some fiat currencies are no longer so desirable.

Most major international airlines pulled out of Russia amid sweeping sanctions imposed by Western countries since the war began in Ukraine. But Emirates is one of the few carriers that is still operating flights to Moscow and St Petersburg.
For us Bitcoiners Bitcoin is definitely more desirable than FIAT. Slowly but surely that
realisation is going to increase. Emirates surely realise this and are in the position
to be able to adopt Bitcoin as payment and as they comment themselves....
