If your Ip address is blocked because of the country were you belong is not permitted to use the platform you can use VPN and strong one because if you uses low Vpn your data will not process or not allowed to still connect with the site, I'm not sure that no site that does not allow using of VpN to enter their site, but the answer to this question suppose to be answered by the staffs of Roobet team

Or maybe do not do that? I mean if your country is blocked, there is a good reason why you should be staying away from that website in general. KYC is an asked thing as well which means that if you are not focusing on that at all, then you are not suppose to gamble here neither.

KYC means that you are giving your information, then you open up your VPN and gamble from an IP that is not from your nation, and then you end up gambling a lot more than you should on a place that you shouldn't, then you end up maybe getting caught? What are you going to do then? This is why if you are not allowed to gamble, then just do not gamble here at all, it's banned, against the rules.
