Yes we can use them. Because it is our right. But it doesn't mean that if we will not use them so it would be Gambling. That was my point.

Investment in professional trading /trading strategies of skilled traders & Investors view is gambling if not properly managed by Risk management tools not in Sharia context. Please take broader view to understand my point of view.
