I'm really interested if it's possible to predict the time when Bitcoin and other popular coins will rise again.. I have some on hold and I'm not sure what to do now. If everything will fall even more, I'll withdraw everything now as I don't have much time to wait for another jump.

Why do you say that about time? Time is relative, after all. However, do not expect bitcoin to grow again literally tomorrow morning. It seems to me that everything is likely to change within a few months
