Investing, holding, and next is panic selling...Well, I hope that people will just know what holding means in crypto as not all the time holding will end well, sometimes it leads to losses especially if you are buying shitcoins.

Unfortunately, we can't master the art of holding, we'd rather master how to control our emotions instead as this is an influencing factor that could affect our decision and broke our plan.

It’s easy to say that we will keep holding but circumstances is hard to control, there were times before that I regret not holding the coins I have specifically Bitcoin way back 2018 and plan again to hold after a year then suddenly pandemic happens and theres a need to use those holdings of mine. It just felt sometimes things are not keep to be Hold for me so what I did now is just trade and take some profit. But if will still have a chance to acquired and hold more BTC will still do it.
