Unfortunately, horses who gets to train on the said farms or rather called stables are the ones who are not lucky in life because their life will just be full of torture by getting whipped while running to get these horse discipline and, eventually die after a period of time where their existence has been fulfilled. I don't know how did these horse racing become a traditional gambling avenue but this won't be banned.

Horse Racing is very popular sport. And there are big whales involved in it. Putting an end to it and banning anything is not an easy task.
Also in sports many incidents happen both with humans and animal. So most of the professional take it very lightly.
