This is a misunderstanding, problem have been solved.
We already did a signature campaign here which is obvisouly more expensive than 20$ without any issue.
It makes sense. First the issue was resolved. Second $20 is too small compares to budget of your campaign you are running. So it does not make sense if PlataOCrypto runs away with $20.
I asked personally to BTCNope to not modify or delete his message to be transparent to the community.
It's transparent communication to BTCNope and community. I think your reputation is protected by transparency in the way you resolve it.
Obviously, your site needs time to build up reputation here.
