at least for this season Lampard can save Everton from destruction even though their performance is not very good but they are still able to be in the Premier League and indeed this is still good enough even though their ranking has fallen far.

Everton don't have good players i think that is what is bringing them back seriously. The lowest count of score this season i just assumed it is because of no good players. The condition of Everton's team is very bad this season. Especially their defense is very weak. Everton have conceded 61 goals this season.
