Regarding the franchisee, I can't fully imagine how can franchising work in the internet. If I'm not mistaken, this is the first time I heard something about franchising of a internet-based business.

I have less ideas about franchising here. Since Op has clarified his position that he has been hired by a certain person, then there is no need to discuss about op here. Now it should be clear whether the account of jumbo ticket that exists here is really the original account or not. Now if it is any kind of affiliate account, then accurate information about this website can not be found.

If an online project offers a franchise they usually grant the franchisee to use his own domain but on this one, they just gave him a referral code, either he is a franchisee or an affiliate, for a lottery site it's hard to address internal issues if the one who will address is just an affiliate, he has no internal control he will be acted as a support or a third party.

Either way, he needs to address this if he is an affiliate, there are casinos with an official thread here where an official representative is not coming from the team, at least we know where the representative of this lottery is coming.
